MADE: Men Advancing Dialectical Empowerment
MADE is a 13-session closed-cohort skills group for men, built on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) — designed to help you build real, practical tools for handling stress, relationships, and the moments where emotions take the wheel.
This isn't a generic support group. Each session works through core DBT skill areas — mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness — so you leave with concrete skills you can actually use, not just talk about.
What to expect:
13 weekly sessions, delivered via secure telehealth (Zoom)
Small, closed cohort — same group each week, so trust and momentum build session to session
Led by Matthew “Matt” Caston, LCPC
Session length: 90 minutes
Now enrolling for the Fall cohort
Cost: $45 per session
Who it's for:
Men who want a structured, no-fluff way to build emotional regulation and communication skills — whether you're dealing with stress at work, relationship strain, or just want better tools for staying grounded under pressure.
Space is limited to keep the group tight-knit. Reach out and schedule a consultation to see if we’re a fit by calling 847-440-4479. You can also fill out the form below (Note: please allow for 48 hours before return correspondence can be made).
