Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Do you take insurance? Resonance Health and Wellness is currently a private pay practice. Many clients choose this for the privacy, flexibility, and quality of care it provides.
Currently, we are actively working toward accepting insurance and anticipate being in-network with select plans within the next 2-3 months (July 2026). Interested in sliding scale options? Please contact us for more information — we’re happy to help talk through your options.
If you have a PPO plan, you may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. We can provide you with a superbill — a detailed receipt — that you can submit to your insurance for potential partial reimbursement. Contact your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before assuming coverage isn’t available to you.
Cancellation Policy We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full session fee.
Still have questions? Reach out — we’re happy to talk through any concerns before you schedule.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much therapy sessions will cost prior to scheduling.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate visit: www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
