Payment Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit and debit cards, HSA, and FSA cards.
Do you take insurance? Resonance Health and Wellness is a private pay practice, which means we do not bill insurance directly. Many clients choose this for the privacy, flexibility, and quality of care it provides.
However, if you have a PPO plan, you may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. We can provide you with a superbill — a detailed receipt — that you can submit to your insurance for potential partial reimbursement. Contact your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
Cancellation Policy We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full session fee.
